Shipping Costs + Delivery Times

Within Germany 

To the Netherlands, Belgium, Luxembourg, Austria, Denmark, France, and Poland 

Note: Delivery times are calculated from the conclusion of the contract (or, for pre-paid orders, from the time payment is received).

Please be aware that no deliveries are made on Sundays or public holidays. 

If you’ve ordered items with different delivery times, all items will ship together unless we’ve arranged otherwise. In such cases, delivery is based on the item with the longest delivery time. During peak seasons, delivery may take slightly longer.

Unfortunately, delays with DHL are outside our control.

• Sealed Packages Only
  Returns are only accepted if the packaging is unopened and intact.

 

• Natural Variations
  SOAPBOTTLE is made with natural ingredients, so while we strive to deliver your product in perfect condition, minor imperfections during shipment may occur. For significant damage, contact us at info@soapbottle.com for assistance.
